There are two applications filed on behalf of the applicant/appellant, one for application for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed due to non-removal of office objection and the other application for condonation of delay of 356 days in filing the application for restoration. For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, the delay of 356 days is condoned. I have perused the contents of the application for restoration of appeal. The same is allowed and the appeal is restored subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in favour of the High Court Legal Aid Sub Committee, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks from today. The counsel for the appellant also undertakes to remove the office objection within two weeks from today.
