Learned counsel for the petitioner raises a grievance that respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are carrying out illegal construction and the complaint was made to respondent No.1. However, the respondent No.1 has not taken cognizance of the same. He, therefore, seeks direction against the respondent No.1 to act upon the complaint of the petitioner. 3.

It appears that on 31.07.2025 a complaint was made to the Municipal Commissioner and within 20 days the present petition came to be filed without giving reasonable time to consider the complaint of the petitioner and to act upon the same if any substance is there. We deprecate such practice and accordingly, we dismissed the writ petition with costs of Rs. 2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred
