DATE : 26.07.2016 By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to release the grant-in-aid to the High School of the petitioner.

Shri Madiwale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 states that the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed by the subsequent development. It is stated that on 1.7.2016, the State Government has issued a Government Resolution by which the grant-in-aid is provided to certain Schools, wherein the name of the petitioner is included.

Shri Kulkarni, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on a perusal of the Government Resolution, dated 1.7.2016, states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
