Shri S.D. Sonak, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4 is seeking time as affidavit is yet to be sworn. Shri A.A. Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner points out urgency in the matter.

In the light of urgency, we have heard Shri Naik, learned counsel.

The challenge is to delimitation of Prabhags (Wards) and reservation therein. The learned counsel submits that modified orders issued by Respondent No. 1 - State Election Commission on 15.06.2016 have not been followed in the matter.

The learned AGP submits that though reply affidavit is not filed, the contention is incorrect. We find that prayer is to quash and set aside the order dated 10.08.2016 and notice published on 12.08.2016 about notifying reservation. Thus, the matter has already proceeded further.

The present writ petition is filed on 29.09.2016 and this Court issued notice in the matter on 10.10.2016.

In this situation, considering the steps which the respondents have taken in the matter, we are not inclined to intervene in writ jurisdiction. Writ Petition is rejected.
