DATED : 25-08-2025 Civil Application No.3117/2025 The applicants/respondents No. 1 and 2 have moved this application for speaking to the minutes, contending that respondent No.3 is not entitled to get the compensation; however, by order dated 07/07/2025, all the applicants were permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation, and therefore they have moved this application.

The learned Advocate for the applicants also pointed out the impugned judgment and order passed by the Tribunal wherein the Tribunal has granted compensation to applicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 only.

On perusal of the record, it seems that while filing Civil Application No.2313/2025, the applicants have prayed to permit applicant Nos. 1 to 3 to withdraw the compensation amount, and accordingly, the order was passed. However, in view of the above fact, I find substance in the contention of the learned Advocate for the applicants, hence the application is allowed as

Accordingly, the order dated 07/07/2025 shall be corrected as applicant Nos. 1 and 2 are entitled to receive the amount of compensation instead of applicant Nos. 1 to 3, and it shall be re-uploaded accordingly.

First Appeal No.395/2025 List the matter on the Final Hearing Board on 15/09/2025 as the short point arises in the appeal. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Asmita
