This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 42 days caused in filing appeal against the order of the Family Court to the extent of grant of maintenance and other direction pertaining to payment of charges. 3.

The applicant/appellant submitted that due to vacation, there was miscalculation which has occasioned a delay which is unintentional.

Though the other side objected, having regard to the reasons and the length of delay, for giving fair chance, delay stands condoned.

The amount deposited by the husband shall be disbursed to the wife.
