It is seen from the record that this court by order dated 30.6.2022 permitted the appellant to withdraw the appeal and accordingly the same was disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

Therefore present application is moved for withdrawal of amount which is deposited by the appellant and lying with the Registry of this Court.

In view of disposal of appeal, the application is allowed.

Respondent nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant in the instant appeal along with interest accrued thereupon on the same proportionate as directed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal by it's judgment and award dated 8.12.2017. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
