This is an application for condonation of delay of 1085 days caused for filing application for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Perused the application.

Ms Kavimandan, learned A.G.P. strongly objected the application and submitted that, there is no sufficient reason to allow the application.

Considering reasons stated in the application and the submission of learned advocate for the appellants, he will remove the office objections within 15 days, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice particularly, by noting the fact that, the delay has not been caused deliberately.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
