Heard learned counsel for the legal heirs of respondent no.1(b) and Shri Parihar for the appellant. This application is filed by the legal heirs of respondent no.1(b), seeking permission of the Court for bringing them on record as legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1(b).

The learned counsel for the legal heirs of respondent no.1(b) submits that he is also appearing for the remaining claimants and that remaining claimants do not have any objection in allowing the names of these legal heirs bring on record.

Accepting the submission of learned counsel for respondent nos.1(a), 1(c), 1(d), 1(e) and 1(f) and also appearing for legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1(b), this application is allowed and these legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record in place of respondent no.1(b).
