It would not be necessary to issue notice to the respondent on this civil application as the respondent was not represented by a Counsel when the writ petition was dismissed in default on 1.9.2016.
For the reasons stated in the application, the writ petition is restored to file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, within one week.
The Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
