The petitioner herein seeks for following reliefs: "i.Criminal Writ Petition kindly be allowed;

ii. Further be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or directions thereby directing the respondent no. 1 to 4 for instruct the respondent no. 5 and 6 and other police stations under their control for not to register the First Information Reports against the petitioner and his family members without prior proper inquiry on the complainants received against the petitioner and his family members.

iii. Further be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to 4 for conduct the detail inquiry in respect of the multiple F.I.R. which are registered by the respondent no.5 and 6 against the petitioner on the basis of false complainants lodged on the account of respondent no. 7 to 11 and their associates which are without any substantive nature at Annexure-K.

Further be pleased to issue appropriate writ order or directions thereby direction to the Hon'ble District and Session Judge, Nagpur for issue appropriate directions or instructions to the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamti or any other subordinate courts in Nagpur District in respect of deciding the application under section 156 (3) of Criminal Procedure Code filed against petitioner and his family members by any other, prior to passing any order direct to conduct the inquiry from the police authorities and thereafter pass the appropriate orders. v. Grant ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause- i and iii respectively;

vi. Grant any other suitable relief which deem fit and proper to this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice in favor of the Applicants."

All reliefs sought are of general nature. There is no specific order under challenge. We did not see any propriety to entertain the petition. It stands dismissed. 4.
