Regular Civil Suit No. 21/2014 is filed by the present Respondent No.1 for damages of Rs.42,53,500/- from the petitioner. A perusal of the claim detailing damages in para 4 of the plaint would indicate that all the damages are on account of matrimonial issue, considering which the Government Notification dated 1.10.1994 is clearly attracted. I, therefore, do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
