The limited prayer is made in the present petition for issuing direction to respondent No.4 to decide the representation made by the petitioners dated 18.08.2025 for grant of permission to organize the Pola festival. 3.

As the prayer is innocuous, therefore without issuing notice, petition can be disposed of.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 to take decision on representation of the petitioners by 11:00 a.m. tomorrow i.e. on 22.08.2025.
