Shri A.J.Thakkar, advocate for the appellant states that the amount of Rs.25,000/-, as directed by this Court by the order dated 24th April, 2015, has been deposited. Accepting the statement made on behalf of the appellant, the interim order, granted by this Court on 24th April, 2015, is continued with the condition that the appellant shall deposit Rs.25,000/- every year before Deewali. The Civil Application is allowed in the above terms.
