Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permitting the petitioners to amend the petition. Since, the petition is not yet admitted, we are of the opinion that no prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the amendment is allowed. 2.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. 3.

Amendment be carried out on or before 26th August, 2025. and the copy of amended petition be supplied to the other side. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.

Learned Additional Government Pleader further makes a statement that the impugned notification will not apply to All India Permit.

At this stage, Shri Mandlekar, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a request to direct the respondents to release the vehicle which they have detained.

Learned Additional Government Pleader fairly states that Buses which are detained under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act 2023 and other Acts, shall be released.

The statement is accepted.
