By this application, the applicant seeks a direction against the respondents to complete the formalities of payment of pensionary benefits to the petitioner at par with other employees in the Ayurved colleges.
The learned Government Pleader fairly states that the issue involved in this writ petition was involved in a couple of writ petitions that are allowed by this court and the respondents are directed to pay the pensionary benefits to the teaching and non-teaching staff in the Ayurved colleges. It is stated that the government has issued the Government Resolution, dated 10.08.2016 by which similar pensionary benefits are granted to the teaching and nonteaching staff in the Ayurved colleges though they had not filed the petitions.
In view of the statements recorded hereinabove, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.
WP4560-08 Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction against the respondent nos.1 to 3 to complete the formalities in the matter of payment of pensionary benefits to the petitioner in terms of the Government Resolution, dated 10.08.2016 within four months. No costs.
With the disposal of the writ petition, the civil application also stands disposed of.
