DATED : OCTOBER 04, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant for issuance of fresh notice to the respondents. It is explained that when the appellant took the Hamdast on 05/09/2019, it was sought to be delivered through the Civil Court on 14/09/2019, but, the Court refused to accept the hamdast because the returnable date was 13/09/2019. Hence, the present application is allowed.
Consequently, issue fresh notice to the respondents, returnable on 08/11/2019.
