Mr. Yash Bhangale, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S.M. Thakur, learned A.G.P. for respondent No.3 are present. The petitioner and respondent Nos.1 and 2 are also present. They are identified by their respective learned Counsels.

The parties have settled their dispute and filed joint pursis mentioning the terms of compromise. The contents of the pursis are read over to them. They admit the execution and accept the terms as mentioned in the compromise pursis. The said pursis is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis.
