The learned AGP has put in appearance and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.3 as full-time Librarian in Petitioner no.2Mahatma Gandhi Vidyalaya, Gadchandur, Tah.Koparna, Dist.Chandrapur is pending consideration before the respondent no.3-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur. The learned counsel has prayed that an appropriate direction be issued to the respondent no.3 in that regard.

Accordingly, having regard to the nature of the

WP.7037.23 grievance raised in the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition, by directing the respondent no.3-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to take a decision on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
