It appears that on 22.08.2025 while issuing notice, the interim protection was not granted. On 08.09.2025, a detailed order was passed and the application was finally disposed of. However, in this order, in clause 10 and 10[i] the words "ad interim" and "By way of ad-interim protection" are appearing. So also, at the end of the order "The protection shall remain in force till next date and Stand over to 22.09.2025" is appearing. 3.

Since, the application is finally disposed of, the words "ad interim" appearing in clause 10 and the words "By way of ad-interim protection" appearing in clause 10[i] are required to be deleted. At the same time, the clauses appearing at the end of the order as stated above also needs to be deleted by replacing the words "The application stands disposed of".
