By this application, the appellant/accused prays for grant of early hearing. By the order passed on 31st October 2017, this Court directed the Registry to ascertain whether the paper-book is filed or not. Today, on query, the advocate for the appellant is not in position to point out whether the paper-book is filed or not. In this fact, the Criminal Application praying for grant of early hearing is rejected.
