This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 470 days in preferring the First Appeal. Learned counsel Shri. R. J. Shinde, for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has no objection to condone the delay.

Hence, for the reasons stated in paragraphs-2 to 4 of the application, as sufficient cause is made out, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed and disposed of with no order as to costs.
