The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 255/2022 registered with Police Station Pimpalgaon Raja, District- Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In this case, the allegations against the applicant are that, he caught hold the hand of the informant and insulted her.

From the FIR, it can be seen that, the incident took place in the public place. However, after going through the case-diary, there is no incriminating against the applicant. Particularly, there is no statement of independent witness. 5.

Thus, considering nature of allegation coupled with the fact that, there is no incriminating material against the rkn

25.aba762.2022.odt applicant, I am of the opinion that, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) The order granting ad interim anticipatory bail dated 25/10/2022, is hereby confirmed.
