Perused reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay. The application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for non-applicant no.3. Considering the reasons assigned, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned, subject to appellant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced, for the period from 12th December, 2014 till today.
