CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.1752 OF 2019 2.

The application is for grant of permission to join the applicant - Saraswatibai Keshavrao Suryawanshi as appellant No.2 in the above criminal appeal.

It is submitted that the appellant - Sanjay Keshavrao Suryawanshi - the real brother of deceased Nandini, filed an appeal, which is maintainable under Section 372 of Cr.P.C. However, to be on the safer side, the applicant has filed the present application to join her as appellant No.2 in the appeal, who is the mother of deceased Nandini. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of.
