By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 23/08/2016 passed by respondent No.2 rejecting his application for parole leave of thirty days. According to petitioner, his son Sagar was operated for pituitary tumor and taking rest at home.

We do not see that this can be the reason for grant of parole leave. No fault can be found with the impugned order. Hence criminal writ petition is rejected. No order as to costs.

We quantify fees of the learned counsel appointed at Rs.1500/-.
