By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions for stay the special ladies meeting dated 01/11/2022 called upon by the respondent no.1 to grant no objection for operating CL-III license and similarly the Gram Sabha resolution after obtaining no objection in the Grampanchayat Runza.

It appear that the matter is listed today and it is informed that meeting is in progress. As such, at this juncture, it will not be possible to stay the meeting. However, the respondent no.1 may consider the application filed by the petitioner as well as respondent no.2 as per the provisions of law. 4.

The said petition stands disposed of.
