The Civil Application is filed for deletion of name of appellant no.4 Sulkabai Gulabrao Mate due to her death on 02.10.2019.

Admittedly, the death certificate indicates that the appellant no.4 has died on the aforesaid date. Even otherwise also, the appeal is already abated against her for want of steps.

As such, the application is hereby allowed and rest of the appellants are permitted to delete the name of appellant no.4 Sulkabai Mate.

Amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
