After hearing the argument for some time and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as regards the validity and genuineness of the documents filed by the respondent showing her marriage and domicile, this Court has expressed that, there are disputed question of facts involved in this petition and considering the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court cannot go into such disputed question of law.

Thereupon, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as permissible under the law.
