The applicant is seeking ad-interim bail in connection with Crime No. 497/2022 registered with Police Station Khamgaon City, Tq. Khamgaon, District- Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After going through the contents of the FIR the only allegations against the applicant is that, she slapped the informant, abused him and also threatened.

While granting ad-interim anticipatory bail, she was directed to attend the concerned police station. Accordingly, she had attended the concerned police station and therefore, in my opinion custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

Though the learned APP is opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that, by imposing certain conditions, ad-interim anticipatory bail can be granted. rkn

Considering the allegations and the fact that, the applicant is a lady, I am of the opinion that, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order:- a) The criminal application is allowed.
b) The order granting ad interim anticipatory bail dated 04/11/2022, is hereby confirmed with modification that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 05th and 16th of December-2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when her presence is required.
