Two documents are placed on record by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. They are marked as "X" and "Y" respectively.

These documents show that after the order dated 03/02/2018, the complaint made by the petitioner was inquired into and decision has been taken. The petitioner is aggrieved only by an order dated 03/02/2018, which relegates the petitioner to some other competent authority. But, now it is seen from the order dated 25/09/2018, the Education OfÏcer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur has also looked into the grievance and dealt with it appropriately. The cause of action propounded in this petition does not survive and the petition stands dismissed accordingly. In view of the final order passed in this petition, the application for grant of interim relief is disposed of.
