ORDER

(Passed on 17thMarch, 2019) Executive Engineer, Medium & Minor Irrigation Divn, Achalpur, is present. The appellant has tendered compromise pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification. The instant appeal is covered under the Government Regulations dated 3rdNovember, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'. No Costs. The amount of Rs. 2,78,625(Rupees Two Lacs Seventy Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Fine only) shall be deposited by the appellant before the Reference Court within three months from the date of Award.

The respondent/claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Reference Court / High Court, alongwith accrued interest.
