Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for respondent no.1 and Advocate Shri Rathi for respondent no.2.
The entitlement of petitioner to retirement benefits and other dues is not in dispute. Shri Rathi, however, points out the financial difficulty. He is seeking time to file reply.
Shri Daga invites our attention to earlier orders passed by this Court in similar matters. In this situation, we direct respondent no.2 - Municipal Council to pay to petitioner all his dues within period of six months from today. The interest amount as calculated in terms of Rule 129-A of Maharashtra Civil Services Pension Rule, 1982 shall

Writ petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of.
No costs.
