OCTOBER 25, 2016 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for non applicant no.1/State. Perused the FIR, Case Dairy and the reply filed by the prosecution.

It is seen that the complainant knows this applicant and that he could see him as threatening and robbing him of the amount of Rs.40,000/-. He has alleged that his applicant who was assisted in this operation by his accomplice also subjected the complainant to beating. There is ample material available on record showing prima facie involvement of the applicant in the Crime registered against him. Since, the crime is of serious nature and the investigation is going on, this applicant cannot be

allowed to be released on bail.

The application stands rejected.
