CIVIL APPLN. (W) NO. 2242 OF 2016 It appears that there is a typographical error in the order dated 16/09/2016. Though the interim relief was granted on 17/07/2015, it is mistakenly mentioned in the order that the same was granted on 07/07/2014. Hence, the order, dated 16/09/2016 should read that the interim relief granted on 17/07/2015 is continued during the pendency of the writ petition. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.

CIVIL APPLN. (W) NO. 1654 OF 2015 Mrs. Jog, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, states that the petitioner is not desirous of pressing the prayer made in the civil application.
