The record reveals that on 26/6/2018, in view of statement made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge-sheet in the crime is filed, learned Counsel for applicants had sought time to seek instructions from applicants for filing discharge application before competent Court. Mater was accordingly adjourned to 10/7/2018. On 10/7/2018 none was present for applicants and, therefore, matter was adjourned to 25/7/2018. Even on 25/7/2018 none was present for applicants and, therefore, matter was posted for today for passing dismissal order. Even today, none appears for applicants. The applicants appear to be not interested in prosecuting the criminal application. The same is thus dismissed for want of prosecution.
