The petitioner alleges contempt of order dated 01/07/2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 8524 of 2018, whereby the Education Officer was directed to take a decision within a period of eight weeks in respect of common seniority list, in terms of Government Resolution dated 03/05/2019. The petitioner has produced on record approval granted to him on the post of Headmaster dated 15/05/2020. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore agrees that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed as the order is complied with.

In view of compliance of the order, the contempt petition is therefore disposed of.
