According to the learned Counsel, the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased respondent and nothing would survive in the petition which seeks a direction to the District Treasury Office, Nagpur to attach the pension of the respondent.

The petition is disposed of leaving open every contention raised, if the occasion to raise such a contention arises in future.
