Perused the impugned order. We find that there are other family members to look after the ailing mother of the petitioner, who is taking treatment at Nagpur. Father of the petitioner and his younger brother are looking after her for the purpose of said treatment. Moreover, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone III, Nagpur, on 28.7.2015 reported about the improper behaviour of petitioner during his furlough leave. As such, we do not find anything wrong with the impugned order.

Petition rejected. No costs.
