DATE : 15.04.2015 Heard.

By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order of transfer, dated 21.5.2014.

The learned Counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has not availed the alternate remedy of approaching the Commissioner against the transfer order. It is stated that the petitioner is released from the place from where he is transferred and has joined the place of transfer. By upholding the preliminary objection in regard to the existence of an alternate efficacious remedy, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
