Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. The applicants are in jail after their arrest from September, 2015, in respect of Crime No. 152/2015 for offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326, 337, 504 r/ws. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Old City Police Station, Akola.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the charge sheet has already been filed. In view of the completion of investigation and looking to the nature of injuries caused, I think, it would be proper to enlarge the applicants on bail. Hence the following order:

ORDER

i) Criminal Application No. 816/2015 is allowed.

ii) The applicants are ordered to be released on bail on executing a P.R. bond for Rs. 20,000/ (rupees twenty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount, by each of them.

iii) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when called and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
