CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.
DATED : JUNE 30, 2016.
By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.2.2015 in Writ Petition No.4243/2014. According to the petitioner, though this court had directed the respondents to compute the amount payable to the petitioner and release the same, the respondents had not released the same, till the contempt petition was filed.
The learned counsel for the parties state that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the order has been complied with. It is stated on behalf of the respondents that there is some delay in complying with the order but the delay is not deliberate. In view of the aforesaid, we find no reason to proceed with the contempt petition any longer. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
