This is an application seeking for condonation of delay caused in filing an appeal to challenge a decree of divorce passed in favour of Respondent - Husband. Though the Applicant - Wife has not calculated the delay, however, the office note shows that there happen to be delay of 23 days in filing appeal. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and particularly as the wife is challenging the decree of divorce, we are inclined to condone the delay to advance the cause of justice. In view of above, application is allowed and disposed of. Delay stands condoned.
