Date : 20 th October, 2015 This petition challenges the rejection of the nomination papers of the petitioner for the election on the ground that the documents annexed to the nomination form pertain to some other person, viz. Rajesh Wasudeo Kodape, whereas the name of the petitioner is Umesh Wasudeo Kodape. The age of the petitioner Umesh Wasudeo Kodape is shown to be of 45 years, whereas from the documents annexed along with the nomination form indicate the age of Rajesh Wasudeo Kodape to be of 34 years. The disputed questions of fact are involved. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an election petition. No interference is called for at this stage.

With these observations, the petition is dismissed. Judge.
