DATE : 03-10-2024 Civil Application No.2591/2024 filed on behalf of the Tahsildar, Jalgaon Jamod seeks extension of time to comply the order dated 19-8-2024, which directed him to decide the application under Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 within a period of four weeks form the date of passing of the order.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicant and perused the application.

We are satisfied that the applicant was engaged in some other tasks which were assigned to him.

We deem it appropriate to extend the time by six weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.
