JANUARY 13, 2016 The present petition is directed against an order of awarding maintenance, which is an interim order.

I am satisfied that the award of maintenance of Rs.7,000/- for wife and children is good enough and since the present petition is against an interim order, the present writ petition is liable be rejected.

In view of above, Criminal Writ Petition No.850/2015 is dismissed.
