2] Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.P.P. for State.

3] The applicant who is arrested in connection with Crime No.182/2016, registered with P.S.Ramnagar, Wardha, for the offence punishable under Sections 376(1),506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act,2012 is before this Court.

4] Though the application is coming for the first time and application is filed after filing of the chargesheet, the entire chargesheet is annexed herewith. The learned A.P.P. submits that he is ready with the matter, therefore, the Court proceeded with the hearing of the matter.

ba.903.17.odt 5] The crime is registered on the basis of report lodged by the victim herself.

6] The age of the applicant is 21 years. The investigation is over. The applicant is in jail since 27/10/2016. It is informed to the Court that till today the learned trial Court has not framed the charge, in that view of the matter I pass the following order.

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.

II) Applicant Amit @ Bapu S/o Vinod Darvekar be released on bail in Crime No.182/2016, registered with P.S.Ramnagar, Wardha, for the offence punishable under Sections 376(1),506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act,2012 on he executing P.R.Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

III) The applicant shall attend P.S.Ramnagar, Wardha twice a month i.e. 15th day and 30th day of every month in between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till the culmination of the trial. IV) The applicant shall not extend any type of threats to the victim.
