Present application is filed by the petitioner for grant of permission to amend the petition in view of subsequent development. By way of this application, he wants to add the Dean, Government Medical College, Baramati as party respondent no. 3 and the add prayer Clauses (iv) and (v) and paras 5A and 5B to the petition. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Leave is granted to amend the petition in terms of prayer Clauses of the application. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
