Notice is issued only because the petition which came to be dismissed in default is restored, although the notice issued earlier was duly served on the non-applicants and the non-applicants were not participating in this matter till the dismissal of the civil revision application in default. 3.

At the oral request of the learned counsel for the applicants, leave to amend the prayer clause to incorporate prayer clause (i), (ii-a) is granted.

The amendment shall be carried out forthwith. It

Till the returnable date, there shall be ad-interim stay of the proceedings in terms of the amended prayer clause (ii-a).
