Heard. Perused the impugned award and the grounds taken in the memo of appeal.

I am of the opinion that this application can be partly allowed by imposing some conditions. Accordingly, application is partly allowed.

Respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, on her furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the amount deposited, on her furnishing solvent surety, to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar, both to be furnished within six weeks from the date of the order. Remaining amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Account with any nationalized bank, as per rules, till final disposal of the appeal. Application is disposed of.
